Russell Copeland is group manager of asset services with Cushman & Wakefield and has been with the organization since 2007.

Russell currently serves on the BOMA Georgia Executive committee, he's a member of the Executive Advisory Council, Berry College, Campbell School of Business, served as Vice Chair for the BOMA Georgia Membership Committee in 2014, Membership Committee Chair in 2015, received the Committee Chair of the Year Award in 2015 - TOBY Award Winner in the Corporate Facility Category 2014, 2016 & 2017, and just completed the Commercial Real Estate Leadership Master’s Program, June of this year. Russell also graced the cover of Insight Magazine, Issue 4 2015 - where he and his team were recognized for their best practices - "Breaking Routines, the importance of attaining work-life balance in a plugged in world".

Russell currently manages assets for our UPS Supply Chain Solutions client. SCS is a unit of UPS, the world’s largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain services. Russell and his team manage 32 outsourced contracts, 27 combination services and self performs 24 services for our client including contract administration, construction management and capitol project management. Previously, Russell worked for Syska Hennessy Group as a Project Manager responsible for administering multiple accounts with operating and capital budgets in excess of $16 million, including all aspects of staffing, maintenance, construction, invoicing and billing. He also worked for Kaiser Permanente, Inc. as Georgia Director of Healthcare Operations responsible for supervising maintenance and related construction activities for 22 medical office buildings ranging from 10,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet. Eighty-six percent of the projects and operations were completed during operating hours, with a 98 percent uptime of medical services.

Professional achievements include: directly managed the activities of 12 engineers, with indirect responsibility for more than 60 staff members; controlled a vendor portfolio of 40, including construction, maintenance, and landscape, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors; and headed professional and technical community support groups and increased membership from 73 to 162 in two years.
